About me

I was born in Ukraine, but my journey has taken me across four countries so far. My adventure began when my family and I moved to Portugal, and from there, I followed my curiosity wherever it led. That sense of exploration eventually brought me to Australia on a holiday over five years ago—and now, I’m lucky to call the beautiful island of Tasmania my home (for the foreseeable future).

This page is a personal blog—my way of holding myself accountable to create, even when it's easier to stay quiet. I know many of us feel like we want to make something but don’t know where to start. Honestly, I don’t know where to start either. I don't know exactly what I want to create, but I’ve felt something inside of me for as long as I can remember, waiting to come into the world.

For years, I thought, "When I'm ready, I’ll begin." But the years have passed, and I’m no more ready at 36 than I was at 20. So, I decided to just START. Start messy. Start without a plan, a niche, or a clear goal—except to write and share whatever I find interesting or useful. Maybe someone will read it, maybe nobody will.

This is mostly for me. But maybe for you too. Maybe my story will remind you that you’re not alone, or maybe something I share will help or inspire you.
